Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting is held at this Club Night so it is probably the most important meeting of the year. the meeting will start promptly at 19:30. The committee will be there to answer any questions or queries you may have about how “YOUR“ club is being run. The committee members will also be giving you the plans for the future, as well as what they have been up to over the past year. This is your chance to put forward any ideas, suggestions or ride destinations that you the members would like to see happen in the coming year. We would love to see as many of you that can make it and look forward to your participation in the meeting.

The lucky key will also be up for grabs and there is quite a lot of cash in the box just looking for a lucky winner.
